romanticize your life. i cannot stress this enough. use scented shower gel and shampoo, so you look forward to showers. go on walks and see how pretty the sky looks. notice the wildflowers on the roadside as you drive. light a candle when you get home to make your room smell good. notice & appreciate the little things in life. it won’t cure your mental illness, but it’ll make it easier to exist in this world.

This is Zoe Bell, stunt woman extraordinaire. She started out as Lucy Lawless’ double for “Xena: Warrior Princess” and, at some point along the way, caught the eye of Tarantino who not only had her double Uma Thurman in “Kill Bill” but put her front and center in “Death Proof”. Yep, that’s actually her doing all those bonkers car stunts.
The interesting thing is that she not only did her own stunts in “Death Proof” but doubled for the other actresses too. This woman puts in work.
She’s had steady work since then but, most recently, doubled for Cate Blanchett in “Thor: Ragnarok”. Needless to say, she’s a fucking badass.
